Klosen was proud to get involved with the window installation of a series of apartments owned by Leeds Building Soicety. The project was a complete renovation in order to house refugees fleeing the Ukraine crisis.

A Crittal style window was required to meet the specific aesthetic requirements set by the council. A steel imitation aluminium window was installed which features the slim industrial style of the original Crittal windows. There were also strict requirements for the glass specification used due to the restaurants and bars surrounding the apartments causing noise throughout the evening. Therefore acoustic laminated glass was used to limit the amount of sound entering the building.
