This was a refurbished residential property which aimed to completely transform an existing living space into a more modern one. The goal of the project was to completely overhaul an existing living space, bringing it up to date with a contemporary, stylish design while maintaining functional integrity. To achieve the sleek, elegant look, we installed Cortizo Flush Casement windows, which created clean lines and modern design.

A bespoke RAL colour was chosen for the windows to harmonise with the other building materials used in the project, ensuring a cohesive and balanced appearance.

In addition to the windows, a statement slimline Cortizo Vision Sliding Door was installed in the kitchen area, which serves as a focal point of the space. The door, with its minimal profile, maximises natural light and offers uninterrupted views of the garden. The slimline frame allows for expansive glazing, making the garden feel like an extension of the living space.
